The Purdue Extension Learning Network of Clinton County and the Tippecanoe & Clinton County Health Departments preset the ServSafe Food Managers Certification course. This course is composed of a two-session class and exam.
Class includes book, instruction and exam—and both days of instruction. For those who have studied on their own, we have an exam only option. Class and exam are based on fifth edition book with 2009 FDA codes. This national certification is valid for 3 years. Class size is limited.
