Social Business Marketing

Where are your customers? They are online! Learn to target your audience online using internet marketing resources to bring customers to your website and to your store.

We will cover the uses and strategies of using Twitter, Facebook, and Google Maps to tie your businesses online presence to your retail location.

Social networks Twitter and Facebook combined serve nearly 400 million active users. Google Maps serves location based information to online searchers seeking local retailers. Using all three of these online tools can create a power house marketing resource to navigate potential customers, local and abroad, to your store.

No existing accounts are required. Students will create accounts for their businesses and gain the skills to quickly manage and administrate with ease. Students are encouraged to bring a notepad and pen. Students with existing accounts may use their accounts in our exercise.

By using the triple power of Google Maps, Facebook, and Twitter, your business can step out of the confusion of the web and into the path of eager customers.
